Research has shown that our brain fires and creates neural connections based on our belief around an event. Where there is hope there is a way. I will teach you techniques that will help you align your mind and body for healing.

●     A lot of disease and pain is created through imbalanced posture and bad habits Maybe protecting a joint after an injury and altering the posture. The more awareness we can bring into our daily postural habits the more long term effect we can have in successfully making lasting change.

●     Making your training a habit and part of your everyday routine for 15 minutes a day is worth more in the long run, than training once a week only for an hour. Consistency and Committing to the right exercises and stretches habitually, is the difference between success and failure. A little, often, is really the key.

Look at the importance of daily habits that are keeping you stuck in your pain. Start looking at and Identifying postural imbalances that is not serving you. Look where you are creating unecessary tension that is adding to your pain pattern. Find ways to eliminate this and instil Healthy Habits that will aid in your healing.

Stay On Track

Gain an understanding of the importance of consistency. A little a day is all it takes to shift and eliminate pain and dis-ease. Banish the illusion that it takes hours in the gym to get stronger to support yourself in your healing journey. A little, done well, often often yields better results in the long run.
